All orders that get submitted online are processed immediately and may be hard to stop the process, in many occasions clients may need to wait until the item arrives in order to return it.
Once an item is delivered to you, it can be returned within the next 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused or in good condition and must be in the original packaging.

All returned merchandise should be with the return label provided by our customer service representative
In the case of the items that are manufactured by another party, and/or resold by us, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer, as we are responsible to handle that for you.
Shipping and Returns are only within the main 48 states; we are not able to process shipping for Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico.
Refunds and Exchanges
After we receive your return, we will send you an email to let you know that that we have your returned item, at the same time update you on what is the next step.
Once we process your return, we will provide you with one of the following options within a reasonable time:
• An exchange of merchandise for the item returned,
• A non-transferable merchandise credit,
• A credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item,
• A check or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
