How does your return and refund policy work?

Please make sure that you purchase the correct item by asking us as many questions as you like BEFORE purchasing. Returns for refund are costly and time consuming, so we will be more than happy to spend the time necessary with you making sure that you purchase an item that will work for you. Returns for all merchandise is accepted within 30 days. All items must be return in the same conditions as they arrive . We try to revise the items as much as possible before shipping. Ontenda will not pay return shipping postage unless the item comes with a factory defect. For all other returns the customers have to pay the postage for return shipping.

Is there any sales tax?

Only CA residents pay a 8% Sales Tax

When do you ship the order?

We ship 1 business day of receipt of payment. Shipping are made Monday through Friday except Holidays. Saturday, Sundays and Holidays do not count as shipping or in-transit days. WE CANNOT SHIP to APO-FPO ADDRESSES. For PO boxes please make sure that they can receive large packages.

Is there any additional shipping charges?

  1. Additional shipping charges apply for shipments to HI, AK or PR.
  2. If you request that we add the signature when you receive the package.
  3. If you also need your order arrive in express service then there might some additional charges.
  4. Any International orders will be subjected to an additional charge depending on the location we can get a quote from our carriers.

Where is the merchandise made?
Most of our products are made in China except for our rugs. Rugs are made in Turkey.

Are the Licensed products real?
Yes we all our licensed products comes directly from the distributor that holds the licenses.
